World's Shortest Man Edward Nino Hernandez: Shortest Man, Shortest Time (VIDEO)

The World's Shortest Man, Edward Nino Hernandez will hold the record for the shortest amount of time.  He stands 27 inches tall, and weighs 22 pounds - roughly a hair larger than a piece of carry on luggage.  To put things in to perspective, there are toddlers that would tower over him.


Still yet, Hernandez is happy and likes being different...he just doesn't like everyone always picking him up, and touching him.


His mother, Naomi, says that he hasn't grown since he was two years old.  His name will be featured in the 2011 Guinness Book of World Records, which is going to be released on September 15th.


On October 27th Khagendra Thapa Magar from Nepal will turn 18.  He is only 22 inches tall, and is certified as the world's shortest teen. This is when Edward Nino Hernandez will lose his title - but at least he got to hold it for a short while.
