Legal Marijuana ad airs? California's Prop 19 legalizes Marijuana, and the first legal marijuana ad has aired. The highly controversial ballot measure seeks to make it okay for people to own a very small amount of marijuana for personal consumption. Supporters say that legalizing marijuana will help close the looming budget gap experienced in California.
Opponents say that legalizing marijuana will increase crime rates and make the currently illegal substance easy to access for children.
