[AVAILABLE] Nevada Election Results 2010 [HARRY REID]

Nevada election results 2010 are available, and Harry Reid is heading back to the Senate, although the Senate he will be leading is much different than that of the past. America has spoken, and the GOP took over the House of Representatives, and although Congress remains primarily democratic it's still received more GOP members.

Other Nevada results showcase that Rory Reid, Harry's son, lost his bid to be the Governor of the state. Sharron Angle, Harry Reid's opponent, conceded gracefully although some have criticized her speech as "bizarre."

The Tea Party has passed some of its favorites in to office. Nikki Haley in South Carolina was elected Governor, and Rand Paul received the Kentucky Senate seat. Christine O'Donnell and possibly Joe Miller join the ranks of Tea Party faves that didn't make it in to office.

The people of Nevada have spoken and Harry Reid has been elected in to office.

Nevada Election Results 2010, Harry Reid Winner!

Nevada Election Results 2010, Harry Reid Wins! In Nevada, the state elections had not only a tough Senate race battle, but also a bitter battle for the governorship as well. Harry Reid was the winner of the Senate race, beating Tea Party backed Sharron Angle who was the GOP candidate.

However, Harry Reid's son, Rory Reid, lost his bid to become the governor of Nevada and instead Nevada elected a GOP governor who is not only a Republican but also the first Hispanic governor of Nevada.

The Speaker of the House was expected to lose the race, but was able to hold on to his job for at least one more term. One cannot help but wonder if this will be his last time to run.

Sharron Angle won the primary elections, and it was that move that could have sealed Reid's fate. Angle is seen by many as "far right" and therefore middle of the road Independents were more likely to vote for Reid.

What do you think of the Nevada Election Results 2010, Harry Reid winner?

[ANGLE] Nevada Election Results 2010

Nevada election results 2010 showcase a gracious Angle conceding to the incumbent Senate Majority leader. She said that in Nevada, they know how to "win" and they know how to "lose." The margin was just too wide between her results and those of Harry Reid.  Instead of making the Nevada election results in to a big controversy like the 2004 presidential race in Florida, Angle bowed out graciously.

That says a lot about the GOP.

Rory Reid lost the bid for the gubernatorial race. Rory is the son of Harry Reid.

For the most part, Harry Reid does not have a favorable image in the state of Nevada.  However, Angle is seen as a bit extreme. She is staunchly against the unemployment extensions, despite being from a state that has the highest rate of unemployment in the country.

So while to some it's a shocker that Harry Reid was re-elected in Nevada, to me it's not.  However, I have a strong feeling that even in the wake of Reid's Favorable Nevada election results 2010, things will still change in Washington.

[SENATE] Harry Reid Election Results 2010

[SENATE] Harry Reid Election Results 2010. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid held on to his job in th US Senate by the skin of his teeth, defeating the "face of the Tea Party" Sharron Angle. Going in to the election, she was expected to stage a narrow victory against the long term incumbent.

His son, Rory, lost his bid to become the governor of Nevada.

The fact that Harry Reid held on to his job is good news for the White House, who put considerable resources in to campaigning for the Majority Leader. Reid isn't well loved by the people of Nevada, but he's been viewed as the lesser of two evils. In a state where there's the highest unemployment in the nation, Sharron Angle is against long term unemployment extensions.

Had Reid lost, it would have been a slap in the face to Obama and Michelle Obama, both whom campaigned for him leading up to yesterday's election.
