Colorado Election Results 2010 [CERTIFIED]

Colorado election results 2010 are CERTIFIED and it's Michael Bennet, the incumbent, who won. It was a tough race, and the most expensive Senate race with $30 million in outside funds sent to pump up the chances that each party's respective candidate makes it to Washington.

The Colorado Senate race was one of those closely watched races. Ken Buck posed a significant threat to Michael Bennet's bid as well. It was a very close race, and one that was watched throughout the country. You See, the Senate has lost many Democratic seats, although they have retained a slight majority. Seats in Arkansas, Illinois, and Kentucky among other states turned to the GOP.

The House of Representatives flipped Red after anti-incumbent sentiments caused many representatives to fail renomination. Both speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid were re-elected, although it's not certain if Pelosi will continue to serve.

What are your thoughts on the Colorado election results 2010?

[RESULTS] Colorado Senate Race 2010 [UPDATES]

Colorado Senate Race 2010. The Senate race in Colorado is a tight race between Ken Buck and Michael Bennet. Just a couple of hours ago, Incumbent democratic Senator Michael Bennet declared victory over GOP challenger Ken Buck.

This laid to rest one of the NASTIEST races that took place this election season. Over $30 million in outside funds were poured in to trying to oust Bennet from his seat in the Senate, staging another GOP gain in the Senate.

However, that did not occur. Even if it did, the Senate would still remain a majority Democrat - and therefore keeping the power in that arm of the legislative bodies.

The House is another story.

What do you think of the Colorado Senate results 2010?

Colorado Senate Race 2010: Buck vs. Bennet Results & Polls Close

Colorado Senate Race 2010: Buck vs. Bennet Results Close. Colorado's Senate race between incumbent Democrat Michael Bennet and GOP challenger Ken Buck is one of the closest races in the country. Keeping the Colorado Senate seat blue is important to the Democrats who want to keep the power in the Senate.

It's expected that the Senate will stay in control of the Democrats, although the House is expected to shift power to the Republicans.

Right now, an October 30 poll sits Buck at 50% of the vote with Bennet at 46%, with a 3% margin of error. This is tight, and the race could go either way.

Colorado isn't only one of the nation's tightest races, it's also one of the most expensive. Ringing in at $30 million of outside funding fueling the ads and the campaigns, many voters are disgusted with Bennet and Buck.

We will see tomorrow who ends up on top...Buck or Bennet.

Election Day 2010 Results Are Important

Election Day 2010 Results Are Important. Perhaps that's an oversimplification, but the Election Day 2010 results will change the political climate in America forever. Will the Americans hold on to the Democratic lead, or will they succumb and make the GOP the new leaders in the Senate and the House?

Races in West Virginia, Alaska, Colorado, California, and more are too close to call. The GOP appears to have all but won Florida, where GOP contender Marco Rubio leads over his nearest opponent Charlie Crist by around 20 points. Kendrick Meek was a frontrunner in the election, even though he trails the most. Had he not ran on the Democratic ticket, it is said that the race would be neck and neck.

In Alaska, Joe Miller the controversial Tea Party backed candidate that beat out Lisa Murkowski in the primaries even though she was an incumbent is facing increased scrutiny during the days leading to the election. Murkowski has planned on running as a write-in candidate.

The results of the 2010 elections are important, and we will keep you informed, so bookmark us and stay tuned.

2010 Colorado Senate Race: Michael Bennet vs. Ken Buck

The 2010 Colorado Senate race with Michael Bennet vs Ken Buck is poised to be the perfect picture of a 2010 election. On one hand you have an incumbent - on the other a conservative candidate backed by the Tea Party.

We all know that in Alaska incumbent Lisa Murkowski was beat by the Sarah Palin endorsed Joe Miller, and that all over the country incumbents are facing the real possibility that they are going to lose their jobs.

Why?

People are ticked off, to say the very least. People are tired of the endless government spending, lies, corruption, and social turmoil.

Ken Buck is the Republican candidate backed by the Tea Party. He's received over $1 million from individuals contributing to his campaign, but only $7,500 from Political Action Committees. He's listed jobs such as truck driver and school coach on his resume.

What are the chances that Buck will be able to unseat Michael Bennet, the incumbent? Bennet is cursed by both being an incumbent and being backed by Obama - so there's two strikes right there. The Tea Party is likely going to push very hard for Buck to be victorious.

This is a race to keep an eye on. Will the Tea Party get their candidate elected, or will Obama and the incumbents be victorious in Colorado?
