Anna Chapman Sexy Photos of Russian Spy Land Her with Legal Threats (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

Anna Chapman has some sexy photos that are leaking out.  The Anna Chapman photos were taken in Russia, as some of the terms of her spy trade deal deportation include having to have the okay of the US Attorney General in order to come to the US.  However, Chapman just arrived back in Russia so it's doubtful she would try to come to the states again so soon. 


The sexy photos have landed her threatened legal action from a magazine which claims that she had no right to leak the photos before their publication.  After the threatened legal action, her Facebook status read:


The new pictures published today in Internet were made for my personal use and people that publish/print/sell those have no rights to them


Baltschung Kempinski Hotel was the setting for the shoot, which is presumed to have been part of a spread for Russia's Zhara magazine's October edition.
