Did Glenn Beck Praise the Imam Behind the Cordoba House Ground Zero Mosque?

Back in 2006, it appears as if Glenn Beck praised the imam behind the so-called “ground zero mosque.”  The Cordoba house will be located 2 blocks from the 9/11 ground zero site.  Beck is staunch opponent of the project, even going as far as to call it the “"Allah-tells-me-to-blow-up-America mosque."

He’s also had harsh criticism against Feisal Abdul Rauf, the imam behind the project. However, back in 2006 on Good Morning America, it appears as if Glenn Beck called Rauf one of the “good Muslims.”

In 2006, both Rauf and Beck were on GMA to discuss moderate vs extreme Muslims. Beck made a gesture towards Rauf citing him as a “good Muslim” and noted that “most” of the Muslims in the US fell under the same category as Rauf.

So what is it? Is Rauf a “good” or “bad” Muslim? Does Glenn Beck just go around saying whatever is on his mind at the moment, without taking a real look at his previous comments?

  2. If saying "sure, sure" is praising this man? Then "sure" he is praising him. Watch the whole video before you speak.
