99ers Tier 5 Unemployment Extension and Consumer Spending Are Related

A 99er tier 5 unemployment extension could help consumer spending.  According to an article about the performance of Best Buy in the New York Daily News, an analyst noted that stronger consumer spending was more incentive discount based driven and not an indicator of a strengthening economy.

He said "Real consumer spending will likely continue to grow at a subdued rate ... until job growth improves."
On the day after the final mid-term election primaries, many politicians are focused more on their campaign than the issues.  Companies are suffering just as the jobless are suffering.

How many experts must speak out about the unemployment extension and the effects of unemployment before someone starts to take note? It’s sad but true that Washington has an agenda and that agenda is more important than American needs.

A Tier 5 unemployment extension would not only boost morale, it would create a situation where Americans can flourish once again. Job growth is needed in order to heal the economy, and this is the first logical step.

  1. Well DUH it doesn't take a genius to know that the politicians are for themselves first and foremost and they have time and again proven that WE do not even rank anywhere in their plans. They have totally lost sight of what their job is (to serve the citizens of the country)and they are ALL self absorbed. They do not now nore will they ever think of us first in any of their decisions unless it benefits them in some way and if it doesn't then too bad for everyone else. And that is where its at now. Too bad for all unemployed.

  2. tier 5 is not going to happen. my guess in unemployment is done after nov 30. the republicans will control congress in jan and the only hope is that some republicans are in favor it but the catch is they want to give everbody minimum wage.

  3. What is going to determine who gets voted in will be the unemployed. Now close to 20% of the nation is unemployed.I would suggest giving your vote to Dems if they pass a tier 5 before the election date.If they do not, vote Republican. Why do you think Reed is still in the political game?

Hell yes, a Tier 5 extension WILL help millions to maintain some dignity and security in their households. For millions of others, it is too late.....those are thr WILL NOTS.

  8. I can respect everyones comments. I personally believe that we all need to keep on keepin on with letting gov't know what our wishes are. The American people have suffered enough while the money gets sent overseas. The whole situation with unemployment is certainly disappointing and very discouraging, however we can not just roll over and play dead. We are the American people not the American opposum! Continue the fight for funds that WE HAVE PAID FOR! Tell gov't to STOP robbin Peter to pay Paul out of the unemployment fund and social security funds. We have a voice with our vote US IT!

Continue tax breaks that Bush put in effect for them!! 7 Billion dollars in THEIR pockets while they bitch about helping Americans!!! It's time for THEM to feel the pinch of less money for a change but we know that won't happen! See how fast they vote to continue this bill while the Tier 5 bill gets shoved into a black hole! Now we wait while they plan their campaigns to keep THEIR jobs!!!
This country will see another depression soon with these rich bastards jumping out windows again...couldn't happen to a better bunch of greedy assholes!!!!

  27. It’s sad but true that Washington has an agenda and that agenda is more important than American needs.

That is what tier 5 comes down to. Not lies from Congress how it's about how do we pay for it. How it adds to deficit we have to cut spending. I wish they where serious about cutting spending but total BS when we see all the billions they waste. We know that is BS reason why the hold up. If it was all about money they debate why we give billions to other countries first.

It comes down to this issue along with jobs bill is the issue both sides want to play political games over. As they do it games they are playing that shows us Congress cares nothing about needs of Americans. I wish they at least choose some other spending issue to play games over and not tier 5. They have a lot of other spending they can focus the debate how do we pay for it on. Yet they choose hurting Americans in need the most to be part of their games.

It's sad how many billions have been wasted with stimulus money that was to create jobs and lower UI by now. It failed period but we cannot get a tier 5 and we have fight the same Congress to get UI help needed. News just stated how in high UI states jobs to make dent to bring UI under double digits will take until 2012 at a min. IMO will take longer as we need millions of jobs created to make that dent. For now just not enough jobs and 99ers numbers will grow at least another year. Unless we want to see big increase in homeless over the next year we need more UI help. I wish our Congress worry as much about Americans in need as they seem to other countries in need.

  30. I wonder what percentage of 99ers are over age 55? Does anybody know? We can't get a job because we're "over qualified" and drive up the employers insurance costs. Employers say why hire you when there is such a huge pool of younger workers that can work for less. Age discrimination was a problem before the recession and has escalated since.

All those construction jobs won't be of benefit to those over 55, esp. women.

All those education programs won't those of us who already have a 4 year degree.

I have gone after jobs paying 70% less than my previous job and get the "sorry, you're over qualified" line.

There won't be a middleclass left after this recession ends.

You are the most ruthless, arrogant, inhuman heartless and dispicable person that the Devil has ever placed on the face of this Earth. I do not know who the Hell you think that you are, but there are a lot more people out there who are a lot smarter and far superior than you. I want you to remember one very important thing, you came into this world born with nothing, and rest assured that you will leave this world and die the very same way. What ever you have you better enjoy it while you can, for you will never take it with you. Karl Marx, summed it up best in his teachings of moral philosophy: "Capitalism will sow the seeds of its own destruction". Capitalism will eventually be replaced with socialism and eventually communism in this country. From present reality that will be a fact very soon, Enjoy what you have while you can, beause it will not last forever. My heart really aches for so many people whose parents have fought so hard and who have died to keep this great country free. There are so many good people who have payed high taxes and fought hard in the military to keep this country and you free, only to lose everything they had on account of few dispicable people like you. Eventually Satan will reclaim his own and he will reserve a special place for you in Hell, for you are not worthy to be a member of the human race or be considered as a moral human being!

    ReplyDelete
  55. big daddy you are one sad excuse for a human, why don't you donate your eyes and fingers to someone that will make better use of them. now we know for a fact that you just wait for someone to reply to your "stir worthy" comments. Do you have an alert that goes off everytime someone brings up the name big daddy on a blog? big daddy IS A NAME THAT IS TRYING TO COMPENSATE FOR YOUR SMALL BOAT AND WHACKED OUT HEAD, SERISOUSLY YOU ARE DILLUSIONAL

  56. Oh boy, I feel for the people that are really having a hardship in gaining employment, but to put me in a category of burning in hell and Satan's disciple is just simple minded. 99 weeks of unemployment is long enough to rape your neighbors wallet. 99 weeks makes most people lazy in trying to get that job. It is easier to ride the train than to drive it. My Vote is totally against 5, and it won't happen. Spend more of your energy pounding the pavement, instead of letting me rile you all up. 61. You know this just shit!!If our Government cannot help us in our hour of need why do we want them or need them in office!! we don't!! We are in need and all these people do is talk. Our Government is in plain English SHIT!!! we need help and they play games with our lives.
An Extension should have happened long ago, no questioned asked. The economy sucks and is not getting better in a hurry, so there should be no discussions at all except when we will receive help. So both the Democrats and The Republicans are fucking with our lives, each trying to make the other look bad while we loose our homes and starve. The President is no better. We should be the main topic, in the news and white house. Everything else is more important to these assholes except helping the people who are the backbone of this Country, who have paid taxes to build roads, school, feed the poor and elect these jerks into office. We are fighting for our lives here and they have jokes!! This is so disgusting and I feel every last one of these fuckers should be voted out of office. If this is the way they take care of the American people who have worked more than half their lives paying into this Country, why would we want any of them representing our nation. They treat foreigners better.
Everyone really needs to get out in November and vote, vote for anyone other than who is in office now. I would rather put my trust in an unknown than the ones we voted in and were expecting to help us.
So when you vote this November vote for none of the above that we are familiar with.

Sen. George Voinovich [R, OH] and Sen. George LeMieux [R, FL] voted with every Democrat in favor of a “cloture” motion this afternoon, making moot the rest of the Republicans’ threat to filibuster. As a reminder, here’s how the $30 billion lending fund in the bill would work, via Businessweek:
The fund would invest in small banks—those with less than $10 billion in assets—by purchasing preferred stock, which would pay the government a dividend of 5 percent. The cost of that money would decrease to a dividend as small as 1 percent if banks boost their small business loans over 2009 levels by 10 percent. For banks that do not increase their small business lending, the capital would become more expensive, with the dividend rising to 7 percent.
The Congressional Budget Office estimates that the fund will result in a $2 billion surplus for the government over the next 2 years due to the interest banks would be paying on the loans. And, for what it’s worth, Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid [D, NV] estimates it will produce 500,000 – 700,000 jobs. I have yet to find an independent analysis of how many jobs we can expect to see from this, but I’ll update when/if I do.
Reid says the Senate will take a final vote on passage of the bill later this week, likely on Thursday. After that it will go either back to the House for a vote on agreeing to the Senate’s amendment, or to a conference committee for reconciliation……….!!!!!!! AGAIN…..THANKS AND KEEP UP ALL THE HARD WORD AND GOOD COMPLAINING!!!!!!!........Hurray Hurray!

The recession decline started with the pop of the housing bubble. This pop was caused after housing costs rose to unaffordable levels via predatory lending, and corporate greed and PINSTINE was supposed to be regulating this for the president bush, but didn’t do his job!
The economy is getting worse for 99ers but when our filibustering Republican politicians have millions in their pockets – they don’t care about the 99ers, calling us unemployed bums, lazy etc.
We 99ers are trying to find jobs but it seems that we are OVER QUALIFIED for the jobs that are AVAILABLE! Like Mc Donald’s for example! and most of us are under qualified for jobs we have no experience with!…..not to mention we have a huge GAP on our resume NOW!!….’CATCH 22’… everywhere we look!
Republicans have said they will support unemployment extensions if fully funded. Put their feet to the fire. See if they would filibuster a fully funded bill which would just make them look petty and vindictive

    ReplyDelete
  72. When will congress STOP taking so many recesses and start fixing the economy?
Cant believe how they just live it up and send Michelle Obama to Spain for an expensive vacation what wasted money that could have gone into the pockets of desperate Americans.
Companies are not required to hire anybody, much less ‘99ers, and the current administration in Washington seems incapable, at least thus far, of creating jobs.
That leaves Tier 5 ‘99ers on their own with the knowledge that they may be living a lower standard of life for at least the foreseeable future.
The number of applicants continue to far outnumber the number of job openings. Private sector employers in August added a net total of only 67,000 jobs in August. Job gains would need to be more than three times that to drive down the unemployment rate.
Our motive is no to just try and collect some kind of WELFARE! People pay into unemployment insurance to use it when an emergency arises. It’s not our fault the condition of the economy hasn’t gotten better, faster. Now is it? So, we need to use those insurance funds to stay afloat while we search for jobs. They can solve this problem by creating jobs, which is what we prefer. However, they have failed to do this so extend our unemployment insurance, plain and simple.
We have paid taxes for years and watched the money go out for many causes; some we agreed with and some we did not that’s just the way it goes. So tell them to shut up, already. Additionally, we pay into the social security but we will not be getting it so how fair is that? Some people who are against a Tier V are collecting social security that we paid into but are we blocking them?????? NO, WE ARE NOT!!!!
Thank God for the EDD/ONESTOP work centers that allows us to use the computers to email our resumes and do different helpful things to find a job, but I don’t think we are spending conservatively meaning; there is a work center at the Santa Ana Ca train/bus depot that has over 50 employees and 19 of them are on the floor at any given time and all they do is talk out LOUD to one another and joke with each other all day long! These employees are paid with our tax dollars and are supposed to be their to help us however none of them know anything about the computer or even about WORD …and it frustrates me!…Why do we need them????….I cant believe it!!!
I even found out that one of these workers her name is Maria whos been working for the EDD for over 20years gets paid $30.00 dollars an hour and all she does is sits you at a computer, a job that I could easily do myself!….I really dont think we need that many people on the floor! We could get by with 1 or 2 and send that saved money to the unemployed job searching/starving indivisual instead dont you think?
After 8 years of Busch, America lost 9,024 factories. Obama has brought back 103 of those factories in just 17 months.

Republican greed has been destroying our wonderful America the last 10 years.
Republicans just want to move MORE American JOBS overseas, cause they get a huge un-talked about financial kick-back!!!
Please vote Democrat for continued change away from these non-humans.
Thank you and God Bless the Democrats for supporting the little guy and America
It is obvious now that Republicans never intended to help us they just allowed 3706 to be introduced and the house bill so that we would take a break from pestering them during their summer vacation.

99ers need to google 2 times a day because the media checks the google logs to decide what to REPORT ON..so if you are googling TIER V all day – guess what gets chosen?…..The MEDIA is what causes the most influence!!!!
There’s another 99er rally in NYC on Monday sponsored by the United Workers Action Group, they need your support to keep the issue front and center.
Also, listen to coverage of unemployment issues on the Internet
“In an effort to shore up support for Democratic candidates, the White House announced today that the President Obama plans to hold at least four major rallies in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Nevada before the Nov. 2 midterm elections.” So we 99ers need to move our Rallys to those States instead of NYC don’t you think?
Everybody e-mail Ed Schultz on MSNBC he is the only person speaking out for us in the media
Heres a great video someone posted on Youtube showing who created the recession

  103. The tea party movement's upset victory Tuesday by an insurgent conservative in Delaware's Republican Senate primary puts GOP chances to win control of the U.S. Senate in November in serious jeopardy. They need to gain 10 seats to run the Senate. Most leading prognosticators had said they appeared to be within reach of that until Tuesday. (Analysts say Republicans still have a good chance to gain a majority in the House of Representatives, where they need to pick up 39 seats.) Delaware's not the only Senate race in November where Republicans will field a tea party candidate vulnerable to the "fringe" label against well-known Democrats in the Nov,2 general elections. Colorado and Nevada face the same scenario, with incumbent Democrats seeking re-election against the tea party insurgents who defeated better-known Republican candidates in low-turnout contests. However, among the Senate seats most analysts expected Republicans to gain was Delaware's, where the GOP establishment's choice for Senate nominee was REP. Michael Castle. A former two-term governor, the popular 71-year-old Castle has won 12 statewide elections and routinely pulls many Democratic and independent votes. Running, however, in a closed Republican primary Tuesday in which Democrats and independents couldn't vote, Mr. Castle was upset by little-known tea party candidate Big Daddy. As of Sept 1, Delaware has a total of 621,746 registered voters. Nearly half are registered Democrats, while another 146,000 are independents. Despite the intense campaign in the small state, the GOP primary attracted only a 32 percent turnout Tuesday. That means that a passionate but relatively small tea party movement was able to win a majority of light Republican turnout.

  105. How many experts must speak out about the unemployment extension and the effects of unemployment before someone starts to take note? It’s sad but true that Washington has an agenda and that agenda is more important than American needs.

As long as American victims of Wallstreet greed are told no money for tier 5 not good for Congress and re-election. Not when real truth is we spend a lot of billions in other areas that should instead be used to help unemployed. If we cannot pay for tier 5 then we cannot afford to send billions to other countries. We cannot afford to keep wasting billions on pork and so many defense expenditures. So stop the lies how its about can we afford a tier 5. Clearly if we can afford to waste billions we can afford tier 5. Congress needs to change and make Americans come first.

A Tier 5 unemployment extension would not only boost morale, it would create a situation where Americans can flourish once again. Job growth is needed in order to heal the economy, and this is the first logical step.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Wrong, we need more defense spending and better boarder security. The money for this wasted tier 5, which will never happen, should be spent on better military weaponry. The Country should up the age requirements, so the 99ers can join up. Boot camp for everyone in this Socialist program.
Now call your congressmen and suggest this brilliant idea. BIG DADDY

    ReplyDelete

  110. I agree with the last anonymous, it has been so long now since the unemployment benefits expired that tier 5 should be paid retroactively in a lump sum check, then tier 6 as a weekly unemployed benefit over the next 20 weeks. This would allow 99'rs to catch up on bills that they have got to be behind on and extend benefits long enough to create jobs for these people. It is our responsibility to help our fellow citizens. We are quick to send money to other places over a flood, earthquake, etc. All acts of God, but not help our own here in the great USA. Bid Daddy, maybe you should shack up with Sara, sell your boat and donate the money and you sound like a overweight nobody, maybe you should give your big fat breakfast to a hungry child, whose dad has lost his job. The company I had the job with won't even pay for any of my expenses to relocate overseas. Also trying to find a job here in my state I get that I am overqualified. What the hell does that have to do with anything. I can make myself underqualified. I am not asking for a CEO Position but, I am asking for a Position with any company. A tier 5 or 10 Extension will be needed until WE the Unemployed Americans get a job. That is why it is called insurance.

It's not only job loss insurance, but keep in mind where the money came from, WE and OUR employers PAID this in the event that something like this should happen. WE would be taken care of until WE found a JOB. What did they use the money for? There should be enough to pay the unemployment. If they are not going to extend the benefits, THEN I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH THEM JUST RETURNING WHAT MYSELF AND MY WIFE ALONG WITH OUR EMPLOYERS PAID IN ALL THESE YEARS. JUST GIVE BACK THE $$$.

This is for people with REAL concerns to make comments about what the USA need not some childish chat room. GET A GRIP! Yes, the unemployed NEED Tier 5 retroactive (lump sum check) and Tier 6 NOW then will see if a tier 7,8,9,etc. is needed - hopefully not, but if people are still unable to find jobs then YES!

So now at 33% of what I was making before, I am not vacationing! I got food stamps, medicaid for the kids, dropped all payments except the house cause my family has to have a roof over their heads and still only got enough to buy my kids their school supplies for the upcoming year, but now it's even over and I'm getting 0%. How long do you think that will last before my wife, kids and me are living under a bridge???? ARE YOU HAPPY NOW CAMPER!

Does the words CIVIL WAR come to anybody's mind?

We NEED Tier 5 and 6 NOW! Okay, vote you say-- well, WE KNOW the republicans are the ones that is holding this up. So do we vote them OUT. Well, we know that IF the democrats thought that we would do that, then it definitely WOULD NOT pass. So IF we don't know how to VOTE and WE don't get the tier 5 and 6. Comes to mind CIVIL WAR! Think about it?

And if the republicans gain control its all over. And even if the tier 5 was to pass today it would be to late for most people because they have lost everything.I am praying for you all. GOD BLESS

  159. There should be a uniform list, maintained by one lead "99er" showing ALL the unemployed folks exactly WHO they should vote for....this way there are NO screw ups and the people that need to be canned from Congress are sent hiking....that list may be a wide eye opener for the idiots down in Washington......would be nice to show them the # of votes they are NOT getting as they probably do NOT believe that the unemployed will bother voting....their "job" is more important than our lives....must be nice for them...they dont have "the two options" such as "try and make something happen-nail down ANY job" OR (the only other option for MORE AND MORE) "suicide".......i wonder how they would feel having only those two options to contemplate on a day to day basis.....and I am originally from "white collar america".....being single with NO children, you dont get food stamps, emergency assistance etc etc.....and as far as the food pantrys are concerned....."get in line"......

  162. i agree there should be a list made uo of all the senators and congressmen and women that need to be shit-canned in november. but,the question is who is willing to make up that list for all of us to see who NOT to vote for? vote all the scum out of office. which is like 98% of all senators and congressmen. like only 2% of senators and congressmen actually care about the wellness of the people in the u.s.a. the other 98% only think about thier power and greed and how much money they make and its all about themselves. and piss on the people of this country, thats the way they think.

  172. What the government should publically ridicule the companies that practice "Unemployed Need Not Apply" and tell the CEO/CFO, board members and the 4 tiers of upper management that UNLESS They stop this practice they will face a stiff fine. IT was in the news about 4 weeks ago that SONY Emersion was called on the carpet by the mayor of the community where they were building a facility. Seems the mayor found out thru the local person that SONY Emersion practiced this discrimination. The mayor basically told them that the 4 million in tax credits were revoked. Of course Sony Emersion did a little dance and agreed to stop this practice for the present, but who knows for how long. WHAT WE NEED IS FOR OBAMA AND THE FEDERAL GIOVERNMENT TO put companies on warning and do it on the National News

  178. My name is Hueso I am the Accounts Manager for Citi in S.D. I received a $175,000 bonus last year at Christmas, why are you complaining? Get a real job and you won't need unemployment benefits like me. We didn't go out of town at Christmas I believe in the do it yourself old fashion Christmas, so my wife flew to NY for shopping while I hired Mexicans to put up our decorations outside and inside-they charge about $10 an hour- cheap labor. Then the cook prepared a feast for the whole family. We still enough money left over to pay all the bills up to Summer when I got my other bonus at the 4th. We use my regualar paychecks to just save, invest and provide for ourselves strictly off the bonuses. Quit whining? Why do you all keep wanting the government to give you a bail out. You not Citi!!

  184. Hey Big Daddy;

You and others were talking about making big bucks buying foreclosed properties. I wanted to let you know that I am unemployed and receiving 400.00 a week in benifits; but best of all made over $5,400.00 in August. I buy cars and boats from the unemployed for pennies on the dollar and sell them for cash at the auction. I usually make 300 to 400 % profit. I hope to pay off my house in eight more months. Try it and find out how easy this is. This has become a very profitable hobby!...only in America, my friend.

    ReplyDelete
  185. I came here to get some information about the tier 5 status, instead I mostly find a bunch of idiots. Big Mama, how do you remember all those names? Are you taking notes? I saw the Big Daddy comments, please, that is just a child pulling your chains like the happy camper- they don't know what they're talking about. For those of you that are here like me-continue to fight for the Tier 5 and YES it needs to be retroactive - lump sum check and then the tier 6 for 20 more weeks. Meanwhile, the government needs to charge the companies that have taken the jobs out of the US fines and higher taxes as an incentive to bring work back to America. The few above the $250,000 bracket need to pay just taxes due. Even we paid taxes on the unemployment benefits and we're a group that didn't have extra $ to do that with. No tax breaks, this is a recession, extended benefits for as long as it takes and to the devil with Citi and the rest that received a bail out except the auto industry. GM has already paid all back plus interest. Citibank has not offered to pay and say they do not owe the American tax payers anything. What? Meanwhile, boycott Citi and all other credit cards, save any extra money you have and do not buy it if it's not American made. Watch out for DOLE they are even importing the fruit. Why? Hold tough-yes to anonymous Civil War comes to mind!

    ReplyDelete
  186. Hi Easy Money

You're wasting your time talking to Big Daddy. Read all comments-that is a child! However, what you're talking about holds a lot of truth, prior to the recession, I was an strong car collector, not the junk though, only sports cars, classic cars, etc. Since I became unemployed I have sold several. But NOT for pennies on the $ like you say, it's amazing that the people that have money will really spend it in these times, I got over 40k for a 80 Corvette that I had only 10K in. That covered a lot of our expenses for a while, now I need tier 5 and 6. But I keep my eye out for great deals on cars because it is a good investment. I use high morals though and only buy the best and I pay a reasonable price for the vehicle then I wait for the fools like those from Citi.

    ReplyDelete
  187. Easy money and Anonymous, you should be ashamed! Buying cars from poor and taken advantage of the rich. Shame, Shame. I had no choice but to let my Kia go back. I wouldn't have sold to either one of you. I'd rather it be on my credit history than to let you profit from my job loss.

    Malakay;

I am NOT your "cube tube" girl and I don't have a wide ass. I'm more like Paris Hilton but not as rich. You have to have a better job than at Citi to get into this. Check out the secretarial pool; after a few bong hits at coffee break they will all look as good as me. Keep dreaming and have a Viagra Great Day...Gail

    ReplyDelete
  189. Excuse me anonymous, read my comment again. I'm not like Easy Money. I said I only buy sports cars or classic cars - still sporty! Therefore, your Kia would not have been on my shopping list anyway. I do not buy from the poor-I am the poor. I do however sale to the ones that want to spend the money. The 80 Corvette I talked about, I had for my personal car for over 10 years, this guy that thinks he don't need to save his money that we are not in a recession wanted it. He had to have a Corvette, he did not want to make payments on a new one, he had 40K saved up and made me that offer - considering a new one would cost way more than that it was a win-win. I sold. Paid off some of my debts. We are here for the tier 5 and tier 6 unemployment not to throw knives. I am a car collector, that was my hobby before the recession, I am just selling some to get buy and pay bills. I still have a Trans Am, 2 Z28's, Mustang, 4x4, H2 and another Corvette, there's a Nova, Cuda, and even 1 Petty Plymoth. So you see, your Kia, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, or any other foreign junk is not on my list. As for Easy money-he is just saying that cars is a good investment. I agree. He may be a little foolish-a good indication he starts by wanting to talk to Big Daddy, but otherwise not too bad. Sorry, you lost your car - we will have to get tier 5, 6 maybe even 7,8 for the economy to get better.

  195. What is this?

    A chat room?

    A dating game?

    A brag Fest?

    I'm confused!

It's about the 99's who need a JOB, TIER 5, TIER 6 UNEMPLOYMENT that they have paid in and deserve. I'm on the tier 4 extension and know what they need.

This looks like you all think that it's about the people who have only 99% of brain function left. Like Gail--bong hits and coffee breaks? Dreams of Paris Hylton. That's Strange!

Citibank don't have many people working for them that live in the US, so they're comments is also Strange!

WE ARE HERE FOR TIER 5 RETROACTIVE AND TIER 6 AND THAT'S ALL!!!!

TIER 5 AND TIER 6 - we have a good group in office right now and although they ARE slow about making it happen - they know IT WILL HAVE TO HAPPEN!

Tier 5 retroactive (lump sum check, because they drug their feet too long) and Tier 6 for 20 weeks. Jobs!

If there are still NO JOBS, then tier 7,8, etc.
