Tom Brady Car Crash Victim Remains in Hospital

Tom Brady’s car crash last week scared Patriots fans. Luckily, the new dad and starting QB walked away unharmed after a vehicle ran a red light and slammed into his Audi.  However, a passenger in the other vehicle was badly injured and had to be removed from the other car via the Jaws of Life.

Rogerio Rodrigues was lying in the back of a van driven by his son, Ludgero. Ludgero Rodrigues has been cited for running a red light, but says it was green when he passed through.  Brady has not been cited for the incident, which happened when he was on the way to the field.

Brady’s 2009 Audi didn’t do so well in the accident, but he’s been spotted in a new 2011 Audi since the wreck.

Despite the accident, Brady performed solidly as expected during NFL’s week 1. However, Samuel Reef, the attorney for the Rodrigues’ said that his client isn’t doing so well, and actually took a turn for the worse over the past weekend.

Hopefully, the Tom Brady car crash victim will recover to his fullest extent.
