2010 Alaska Elections [RESULTS]

2010 Alaska elections results likely won't be available for many days. During the Alaska elections, Lisa Murkowski the Senate incumbent ran as a write-in candidate and the write-in category has the majority of votes. This means that reps must painstakingly go through every write-in ballot to calculate the results.

Although it's not certain who is the write in candidate in question, many assume it's Lisa Murkowski.

Joe Miller won over Murkowski for the GOP nomination during the primaries after being backed by Sarah Palin. This was a "Tea Party victory" and showed that the anti-incumbent sentiment wasn't just targeted to the Democrats - it trickled to the GOP incumbents who were seen as overly supportive of the President's agenda as well.

What are your thoughts on the 2010 Alaska elections results?
