Nancy Pelosi House Minority Leader?

Nancy Pelosi House Minority Leader? Nancy Pelosi won her bid for re-election to Congress, but her party failed to secure the majority in the House of Representatives. This means that her role as "the most powerful woman in Washington" is automatically gone.

But Pelosi isn't going to bow out now. Report are surfacing that she is going to run for the role of House Minority Leader, the role that John Boehner from Ohio held -or currently holds - until the new term begins

Boehner will be the next Speaker of the House GOP leader, or at least that is what everyone is expecting at this time. However, this is not 100% confirmed.

Pelosi has been "blamed" for the healthcare reform bill, which was hastily passed earlier in the spring. Since then, there's been a big push to get her out of her current office as Speaker of the House. I know there were plenty of people hoping she wouldn't even get re-elected, but her district in California is pleased with her performance.

Would you be pleased to see Nancy Pelosi as the House Minority leader, or would you rather see her bow out gracefully?

  1. I'd rather see her gone - I don't care how she goes.

  3. There is nothing graceful about Nancy Pelosi. It would be best for everyone if she did bow out. Dividing the country as she does is not helping anyone.
