Bristol Palin will join the cast of Dancing with the Stars season 11 (DWTS) amid Levi Johnston running for the mayor of Wasilla. Bristol ’s high profile mother, Sarah Palin, held the Wasilla Mayor post before becoming the governor of Alaska .
Of course, it’s more exciting to think of Tripp’s mom on DWTS than it is to think of some Playgirl posing punk running for the mayor of a town that wouldn’t ever be of significance had Sarah Palin not been John McCain’s running mate in 2008.
Johnston ’s bid for Wasilla Mayor will be captured via a reality TV show about his campaign. A lot of people will watch it, but as for me I prefer DWTS.
Palin will face stiff competition, as Dirty Dancing’s Jennifer Grey (aka “Baby”) will also join the star studded cast for the next season.
Bristol Palin's continual presence on Dancing with the Stars amidst her many errors and clear inability is disgusting. Stars has sold out to politics. Does anybody really think that girl is on there because she can dance? It's all about politics and the Palin name getting in front of the half-asleep public. I've been a fan of that show since it began but this just disgusts me. I'll never watch again.
