Jon Stewart Called President Obama "Dude."
Ever since the days of George Washington, our President has been referred to as "Mr President."
Does Jon Stewart calling the president "dude" indicate a lack of respect, or does it just represent how casual our attitude in general has become to authority?
After all, I don't doubt that Jon Stewart respects the President. I think he respects any president - even ones he doesn't agree with. However, overall Americans have had an increased irreverence for authority.
What do you think about Jon Stewart calling Obama "dude"?
Jon Stewart's calling Obama a "dude" shows Obama is a weakling who bows to Muslims and liberals and Stewart has no respect for authority but can do anything he likes for reasons mentioned by former CNN host Rick Sanchez.
ReplyDeleteWhoa previous poster... maybe you should chill with the ignorance and racism?
ReplyDeleteWhat in the world was Stewart thinking? No one has the right to call the President of the United States, "dude." What a putz!
ReplyDeleteLOL Eff authority. Effing it is what freed America from the brits and religious oppression.
ReplyDeleteseriouly people come on, Stewart was calling the president "mr Obama" or at times "mr. president" if you watch the rest of the program you'll see that Stewart and the president got comfortable with each other to the point that they were talking like normal guys, not like a formal media.
ReplyDeletecome on people STOP reading into it. GET A LIFE AND STOP BEING RETARDED AND IGNORANT. THIS IS WHY JOHN STEWART DID THE RALLY TO RESTORE SANITY TO STOP RETARDED COMMENTS LIKE THE ONES POSTED HAHAHAHA
