Christine O'Donnell: One Night Stand Gawker Story Chris Coons' Fault!

Christine O'Donnell: One Night Stand Gawker Story Chris Coons' Fault! I actually feel sorry for Christine O'Donnell. For some reason or another, despite the fact that she's trailing her opponent in the Delaware Senate race by double digit percentages, people won't leave her alone.

Gawker.com posted a story titled "I had a one night stand with Christine O'Donnell." If you remember, O'Donnell has been noted to be an anti-masturbation and pro-abstinence advocate, so to think of her having a one night stand after changing in some college co-ed's bathroom into a ladybug costume, it sounds like a wacky story.

Not any more wacky than her dabbling in witchcraft, but on the same subject - this is her personal life. She's definitely not the first person to have a one night stand and she certainly won't be the last.

Of course, the O'Donnell campaign had to respond to this story. After all, it's similar to the Brett Favre scandal story in scope and so everyone on the internet has read it even if they aren't the least bit interested in politics.

The story goes to show what women go through to run for office. Even NOW, an organization that has endorsed Coons has denounced the story, condemning painting O'Donnell in the light as a loose woman.

Hey - she's not married. It's not against the law. Leave her alone! O'Donnell thinks that Coons is behind the whole thing...what do you think?

Chris Coons Releases Anti-Christine O'Donnell Ad

Chris Coons, the democratic opponent in the Delaware Senate race has released Anti-Christine O'Donnell ads. In these ads, Coons is basically kicking a woman while she's down. You see, O'Donnell trails Coons by double digits in the polls, pretty much assuring a Coons victory in 10 days. However, Chris Coons still took the opportunity to show the world how nutty his opponent is, while in essensce painting himself in a "normal" light.

SO why the negativity?

O'Donnell has received a lot more air time than her opponent. She's launched negative ads against Chris Coons, and sometimes in politics the worst thing you can do is ignore negative ads. In addition, Coons can't be to sure of a victory as Christine O'Donnell staged a shocking upset during the primaries. It will be amazing if she does the same once again amid all of the witchcraft, evolution , masturbation, and other nutty "O'Donnellisms" that were released.

What do you think of Chris Coons' Christine O'Donnell Ad?

Christine O’Donnell First Amendment Arguments: Really, She Understands Church and State

Christine O’Donnell’s First Amendment arguments have been viral. First, she was touted as “dabbling in witchcraft” and now she’s hailed as the nut job who doesn’t know what the separation of Church and State is.

However, O’Donnell seems to suggest that the media has skewed her words. For instance, during her recent debate with Democratic opponent Chris Coons, Christine O’Donnell asked where in the Constitution were the words “Separation of Church and State.”

Everyone took that to mean that she didn’t know where it was.

She also asked her opponent to name the five freedoms guaranteed in the first amendment…and he couldn’t. O’Donnell and her team though they had a slam-dunk, when really the media was able to turn it around and make her look incompetent.

Or, on the other hand, do you think O’Donnell is trying to cover her self?

Chris Coons Christine O'Donnell Debate Details

Coons O'Donnell Debate Details are available. Christine O'Donnell has become the viral candidate of the mid-term election thanks mostly to Bill Maher who has been releasing one video clip after another of the zany conservative until she agrees to come on his show.

Her admission of "dabbling in witchcraft" while she was younger took off and made her the joke of every political circle - even some of her own circles. It even prompted her campaign ad, "I'm Not a Witch."

Given that she's not exactly taken seriously, it seems as though Chris Coons would have a pretty easy time "winning" the debate. Wrong.

As reports are coming in about Wednesday's debate, the consensus is that there were no real, hard winners. Despite a 19 point lead, Chris Coons was very condescending of Christine O'Donnell...and if O'Donnell would have quit from punching so hard at her opponent, she may have walked away the winner. She even went so far as to call him a Marxist, and even slammed his personal wealth - which is far from relevant in the election.

Below is video coverage of the Chris Coons Christine O'Donnell Debate...what are your thoughts?
