Chris Coons Releases Anti-Christine O'Donnell Ad

Chris Coons, the democratic opponent in the Delaware Senate race has released Anti-Christine O'Donnell ads. In these ads, Coons is basically kicking a woman while she's down. You see, O'Donnell trails Coons by double digits in the polls, pretty much assuring a Coons victory in 10 days. However, Chris Coons still took the opportunity to show the world how nutty his opponent is, while in essensce painting himself in a "normal" light.

SO why the negativity?

O'Donnell has received a lot more air time than her opponent. She's launched negative ads against Chris Coons, and sometimes in politics the worst thing you can do is ignore negative ads. In addition, Coons can't be to sure of a victory as Christine O'Donnell staged a shocking upset during the primaries. It will be amazing if she does the same once again amid all of the witchcraft, evolution , masturbation, and other nutty "O'Donnellisms" that were released.

Christine O'Donnell witch? Has Christine O'Donnell cast a spell on the whole world? It's odd, but the AFP has featured O'Donnell in the video clip below, noting O'Donnell's remarkable nomination as the Delaware candidate for US Senate.


Among the things touched on in the two minute clip include O'Donnell's claims about Masterbation and her revelation that she 'dabbled in witchcraft.'


This international attention is just one indication that she's NOT a witch. How do I figure? Well, if she was a witch, she would have cast a spell so that we would forget she's entirely NUTS.


Of course, she may be nuts but that doesn't mean she won't be a good Senator. It's sad, but if you ask anyone about O'Donnell they will automatically mention witchcraft. What are her views? What does she stand for? What makes her tick?


Everyone is curious about Christine O'Donnell's "witch" past...but for now it appears unlikely that she is one.

After all, if she WERE a witch, wouldn't she just cast a spell in order to get elected? (At least, that's what I thought until the ad touched on a supply issue with newts or some other ingredient needed for the spell...)

Christine O'Donnell's ad became an SNL parody. O'Donnell has become the hottest candidate of the 2010 mid-term elections, but not because she's popular it's because she's so wacky that no one can figure her out. She recently released her first campaign ads, which you can view by clicking here.

In the ads, Christine O'Donnell viciously defends her normalcy - which is an indication that her entire campaign is falling apart at the seams. Her catch phrase? "I'm You."

Of course I will be the first to admit that the Christine O'Donnell ad spoof is far better than SNL's previous foray into mocking the Delaware Senate hopeful. Their previous skit mocked not only O'Donnell's views and went a bit too far for comfort of even some O'Donnell adversaries. However, she's definitely the face of humor for politics - and I can only imagine how much she's going to catch if she actually wins the race.

Christine O’Donnell ad I’m Not a Witch is making political headlines. The Delaware Senate hopeful is reporting that she, despite claims to the contrary, is not a witch. Bill Maher can be credited for bringing out a video which says she dabbled in witchcraft.

One news commentator compared the “I’m Not a Witch” ad to the “I’m Not a Crook” claims by former President Nixon. Personally, I think the ad shows just how much the Delaware senate race has become a circus. O’Donnell isn’t gaining any political insight from the new ad, as she’s trailing her opponent by a large margin.

Although O’Donnell may not be flying off on her broomstick any time soon, she’s really starting to get the reputation of being a nut. However, she provides much needed entertainment in an otherwise heavily politicized time of year.

Christine O'Donnell's witch ad includes her going in front of a camera and saying "I am not a witch." Now, one ABC personality that's known for being particularly insightful compares that statement to Nixon's famous statement "I am not a crook."

We all know how that ended.

Now, we don't expect O'Donnell to go flying out on election night on a broomstick, but the ad seems to show that she doesn't understand politics very well. George Stephanopoulos points out you "Don't repeat the charge."

In other words, O'Donnell should have turned her head to the witchcraft buzz. She's showed her hand. She's bothered by these embarrassing clips turning up.

Still yet, she's energized the GOP, and perhaps like during the primaries she will pull off a shocking win.

Now, you know a clip is successful when even the person who was discredited by it is using it for her campaign message.

For those of you who are just browsing the web for interesting stories, you might not know about Christine O’Donnell. She’s a surprising Tea Party candidate who upstaged the primary elections in Delaware to secure the GOP nomination.

She’s a shocking candidate to say the least. Since Maher started releasing clips of her on his various shows over the years, she’s fallen behind the Democratic candidate for what used to be Joe Biden’s seat.

O’Donnell’s message for the GOP Delaware Senate ticket is this: I am not a witch. People can’t seem to agree on whether or not she should have left the witchcraft claims alone or not. What do you think of the Christine O’Donnell witch ad?

In an interview in the late 1990's with Bill Maher, Christine O'Donnell talks more about all the religions that she "dabbled" in before settling on Christianity.

So as we know from the first clips O'Donnell "dabbled in Witchcraft" although she didn't join a coven. Her first date was at a Satanic alter...kind of odd for someone who is known for her faith in God.

However, O'Donnell shares insight as to why she didn't "dabble in" Hare Krishna. It's not because she didn't want to shave her head...it was because she loves meatballs.

So, witchcraft okay to try but Hare Krishna? No. Christine O'Donnell Loves her Meatballs too much.

Christine O'Donnell has become the political target of every liberal pundit, and a few conservative ones as well. The zany senate hopeful is the specific target of Bill Maher.

In the third clip that has been released by Bill Maher, Christine O'Donnell said she's dabbled in about every religion, but decided against Hare Krishna because she didn't want to be a vegetarian.

Now, could it be entirely possible that she was just being sarcastic and just joking? Perhaps the witchcraft comments were taken out of context, and maybe - just maybe these religious quotes were being taken out of context, too.

Last week's clip showed the world that O'Donnell knows nothing about the theory of evolution, and she doesn't realize that creationism and evolution are just two theories used to explain our existence. She asked Bill Maher why monkeys aren't still turning in to people if it were true - a comment she probably wishes some 10 to 12 years later that she didn't say.

Christine O'Donnell's Evolution clip aired on Real Time this Friday. Like the "Witchcraft" clip from last week, this is from Bill Maher's archives as he had her as a guest on one of his shows at least 22 times over the years. He's got a lot of skeletons in his closet, and he's willing to bring them out - until she agrees to do his show.

The latest clip says that evolution is a "myth" and that if it were true, monkeys would still be turning to human beings. Now, the scientific community roared with laughter over the simplistic nature of her comments. Those with a more religious background may have agreed with her. However, she continues to be the topic of many jokes, and was even the first political target on Saturday Night Live.

Christine O'Donnell is undoubtedly one of the most widely publicized politicians, particularly because she represents the way that the Tea Party has really ballooned over the past two years. She beat a GOP candidate who was backed by the state's republican party in the primaries - and some including Karl Rove, suggest that she cost the GOP Delaware.

Christine O'Donnell's witchcraft confession was aired by Bill Maher on HBO's "Real Time" a week ago Friday. Given that Saturday Night Live is in its season, Christine O'Donnell is going to give them plenty of material until the mid-term elections early in November.

The SNL skit below was offensive to some, as it touched on Christine O'Donnell's personal views on sensitive subjects. At the end, she dons a witch outfit and flies away on a broom.

Of course, we are used to SNL poking fun at political icons and popular situations in the news. Who could forget the Tiger Woods parodies? However, some say it's rather inappropriate to poke fun of a politician at such a personal level.

On the other hand, Christine O'Donnell is the joke of the Tea Party and the GOP. Her primary win has showed a riff in the Republican party. Karl Rove has spoken out against her while many others defended her.

Bill O'Reilley typically sides with the Republicans, but Christine O'Donnell is a rather divisive figure. Bill Maher released a 1999 unaired video clip of the star in which she admits to "dabbling in witchcraft." Maher went on to exclaim that he's releasing a clip a week until she agrees to do his show.

The "Real Time" host and former "Politically Incorrect" host isn't the only one who has bore witness to O'Donnell's strange antics. Fox News host Bill O'Reilly also claims to have some crazy stuff she's said in the past on video as well.

However, he's not going to release the clips unless the become "relevant" and goes on to say ", I'm trying to be fair to Ms. O'Donnell. She's been on this program a couple of times, and we have some kind of crazy stuff that she said. We're not going to play it yet. I don't think it's relevant yet. We'd still like Ms. O'Donnell to come on the 'Factor.' I'm not in the business of [injuring] her. I'd like to see if she's the better candidate."

The View: Christine O’Donnell Witchcraft Discussed by Behar, Hasselbeck

Christine O’Donnell’s witchcraft statement was discussed by Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck of “The View.” As Hasselbeck is a staunch conservative, and Behar is a well known liberal there were bound to be some hefty arguing about all of this.

Basically, Behar thinks that O’Donnell is too crazy for office. Hasselbeck thinks that if the Christine O’Donnell witchcraft statement is looked into, then the relationship between President Bush and Reverend Wright should be looked in to as well.

Hasselbeck said "Why then wasn't Billy Boy over here so interested in where President Obama was for 20 years in Rev. Wright's church?" she asked. "In fairness, if they're going to dig into this then they should open that up again too."

In 1999, O’Donnell said in an unaired segment of “Politically Incorrect” that she had “dabbled in witchcraft.” Since then, her appropriateness as a Senate candidate for Delaware has been questioned.

Before Maher released the clip, she trailed her democratic opponent by 11%. Now, she trails by 15%.

Bill Maher said that he’s releasing a clip a week until she agrees to come on to his show. If his first clip was this juicy, one can only imagine what other skeletons she has in her closet!

Christine O'Donnell's witchcraft admission during Bill Maher went viral, and there's one more Tea Party force that has had her own share of witchcraft controversy as well. While Christine O'Donnell admits to dabbling in witchcraft, Sarah Palin had someone pray over her, asking to "protect her from witchcraft."

Of course either account is silly. Christine O'Donnell nonetheless likely remembered that she said those things on Bill Maher's "Politically Incorrect" TV show back in 1999. Given that Maher is going to "release a clip a week" until O'Donnell agrees to do his show, there's no telling what other skeletons she has in her closet.
