Christine O'Donnell: One Night Stand Gawker Story Chris Coons' Fault! I actually feel sorry for Christine O'Donnell. For some reason or another, despite the fact that she's trailing her opponent in the Delaware Senate race by double digit percentages, people won't leave her alone.

Gawker.com posted a story titled "I had a one night stand with Christine O'Donnell." If you remember, O'Donnell has been noted to be an anti-masturbation and pro-abstinence advocate, so to think of her having a one night stand after changing in some college co-ed's bathroom into a ladybug costume, it sounds like a wacky story.

Not any more wacky than her dabbling in witchcraft, but on the same subject - this is her personal life. She's definitely not the first person to have a one night stand and she certainly won't be the last.

Of course, the O'Donnell campaign had to respond to this story. After all, it's similar to the Brett Favre scandal story in scope and so everyone on the internet has read it even if they aren't the least bit interested in politics.

The story goes to show what women go through to run for office. Even NOW, an organization that has endorsed Coons has denounced the story, condemning painting O'Donnell in the light as a loose woman.

Hey - she's not married. It's not against the law. Leave her alone! O'Donnell thinks that Coons is behind the whole thing...what do you think?

Christine O'Donnell: Politically Incorrect A Way To Share My Faith

Christine O'Donnell (who's not a witch...she's you) has said that she looked at Politically Incorrect, Bill Maher's former show, as a way to share her faith. This comes after the comedian released clips of various "O'Donnellisms" over the years, starting with an early 1990's confession that the Delaware senate candidate "Dabbled in Witchcraft."

Despite the polls overwhelmingly claiming an O'Donnell loss, she's become a nationally recognized icon. She's the "Sarah Palin" of the 2010 Mid-Term elections. Everyone is aware of her quirkiness, and even if she doesn't go on to serve as the Delaware Senator, she will likely find some sort of success from this campaign bid.

O'Donnell in an interview said she would have been more "guarded" with her words had she known she would be running for office in 10-15 years. However at the time she saw various appearances as "ministry opportunities."

Christine O'Donnell Campaign Money Used For Rent?

Did Christine O'Donnell use campaign money for rent? There are some reports out there surfacing which seem to suggest that the GOP candidate from Delaware used her campaign funds like a personal ATM.

O'Donnell is accused of using campaign funds to pay half the rent on her townhome. However she maintains that the arrangement was agreed upon and approved because her home doubles as her campaign headquarters.

Christine O'Donnell reported income of $5,800 last year, and showed very little money in the bank. Her financial situation has been one of the many things she's been ridiculed about during this election year.

She recently amended her statements to show she had a savings account worth $15,000. She claims she's sold all of her assets in order to live.

Christine O'Donnell First Amendment Confusion

Christine O'Donnell's First Amendment confusion didn't make him look any more credible to the droves of people that, like Meghan McCain, think she's a "nut job." During a Senate Debate, Christine O'Donnell expressed that she didn't know where in the constitution that separation of Church and State takes place. 


Yes, it's the First Amendment.  What little respect many had for Christine O'Donnell started to falter, although she did get some points back when Chris Coons was unable to answer what the five fundamental freedoms provided by the Bill of Rights are. 


Still yet, O'Donnell has been ousted as dabbling in witchcraft, she questions evolution, and no one really knows what she believes. Coons demanded she explain her views. Many say that Coons is a sure bet for November 2nd, but many would have said that Castle was a sure-thing for the primary.

Christine O'Donnell's ad became an SNL parody. O'Donnell has become the hottest candidate of the 2010 mid-term elections, but not because she's popular it's because she's so wacky that no one can figure her out. She recently released her first campaign ads, which you can view by clicking here.

In the ads, Christine O'Donnell viciously defends her normalcy - which is an indication that her entire campaign is falling apart at the seams. Her catch phrase? "I'm You."

Of course I will be the first to admit that the Christine O'Donnell ad spoof is far better than SNL's previous foray into mocking the Delaware Senate hopeful. Their previous skit mocked not only O'Donnell's views and went a bit too far for comfort of even some O'Donnell adversaries. However, she's definitely the face of humor for politics - and I can only imagine how much she's going to catch if she actually wins the race.

Christine O’Donnell ad I’m Not a Witch is making political headlines. The Delaware Senate hopeful is reporting that she, despite claims to the contrary, is not a witch. Bill Maher can be credited for bringing out a video which says she dabbled in witchcraft.

One news commentator compared the “I’m Not a Witch” ad to the “I’m Not a Crook” claims by former President Nixon. Personally, I think the ad shows just how much the Delaware senate race has become a circus. O’Donnell isn’t gaining any political insight from the new ad, as she’s trailing her opponent by a large margin.

Although O’Donnell may not be flying off on her broomstick any time soon, she’s really starting to get the reputation of being a nut. However, she provides much needed entertainment in an otherwise heavily politicized time of year.

Christine O'Donnell's witch ad includes her going in front of a camera and saying "I am not a witch." Now, one ABC personality that's known for being particularly insightful compares that statement to Nixon's famous statement "I am not a crook."

We all know how that ended.

Now, we don't expect O'Donnell to go flying out on election night on a broomstick, but the ad seems to show that she doesn't understand politics very well. George Stephanopoulos points out you "Don't repeat the charge."

In other words, O'Donnell should have turned her head to the witchcraft buzz. She's showed her hand. She's bothered by these embarrassing clips turning up.

Still yet, she's energized the GOP, and perhaps like during the primaries she will pull off a shocking win.

Christine O'Donnell and Hare Krishna? I'm starting to feel sorry for the Tea Party backed candidate in the Delaware senate race. Christine O'Donnell has become the political target of every liberal pundit, and a few conservative ones as well. The zany senate hopeful is the specific target of Bill Maher.

In the third clip that has been released by Bill Maher, Christine O'Donnell said she's dabbled in about every religion, but decided against Hare Krishna because she didn't want to be a vegetarian.

Now, could it be entirely possible that she was just being sarcastic and just joking? Perhaps the witchcraft comments were taken out of context, and maybe - just maybe these religious quotes were being taken out of context, too.

Last week's clip showed the world that O'Donnell knows nothing about the theory of evolution, and she doesn't realize that creationism and evolution are just two theories used to explain our existence. She asked Bill Maher why monkeys aren't still turning in to people if it were true - a comment she probably wishes some 10 to 12 years later that she didn't say.

Christine O'Donnell lied about education? Claims that the favored Tea Party candidate lied on her LinkedIn profile, and attended Oxford are false according to the GOP candidate for the Delaware race.

O'Donnell claims that the profile isn't hers and issued a statement which claims that she didn't create the profile and never asked anyone to create one for her. She further explains that she has educational experience at the

However, the journalist that broke the story contacted O'Donnell's office first to see the scoop on the Profile. There was no indication that she didn't know about the profile.

O'Donnell has been a target of Bill Maher and other liberals. She has said a lot of crazy things in the past, including that she "dabbled in witchcraft" and that "evolution is a myth." However, if she does win the Delaware seat it will show America just how fed up everyone is with the incumbents.

Christine O'Donnell's Evolution clip aired on Real Time this Friday. Like the "Witchcraft" clip from last week, this is from Bill Maher's archives as he had her as a guest on one of his shows at least 22 times over the years. He's got a lot of skeletons in his closet, and he's willing to bring them out - until she agrees to do his show.

The latest clip says that evolution is a "myth" and that if it were true, monkeys would still be turning to human beings. Now, the scientific community roared with laughter over the simplistic nature of her comments. Those with a more religious background may have agreed with her. However, she continues to be the topic of many jokes, and was even the first political target on Saturday Night Live.

Christine O'Donnell is undoubtedly one of the most widely publicized politicians, particularly because she represents the way that the Tea Party has really ballooned over the past two years. She beat a GOP candidate who was backed by the state's republican party in the primaries - and some including Karl Rove, suggest that she cost the GOP Delaware.

Christine O'Donnell evolution claims are surfacing a week after a clip surfaced that said she "dabbled in witchcraft." This time, the conservative Tea Party Backed senate hopeful has been ousted as claiming that evolution is a "myth."

Obviously she doesn't understand the theory of evolution. O'Donnell asked what she thought was a very intelligent question, and that's "if evolution is real, why aren't monkeys still evolving into humans?"

The theory of evolution claims that we have the same origin as the monkey does, but through survival of the fittest. Evolution is how man came to be - not something that is currently happening. I am not saying this as my personal belief, I am saying it as how I understood it from science class many years ago. Still yet, that is knowledge I gained as a younger child and information that O'Donnell should have learned, too.

The View: Christine O’Donnell Witchcraft Discussed by Behar, Hasselbeck

Christine O’Donnell’s witchcraft statement was discussed by Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck of “The View.” As Hasselbeck is a staunch conservative, and Behar is a well known liberal there were bound to be some hefty arguing about all of this.

Basically, Behar thinks that O’Donnell is too crazy for office. Hasselbeck thinks that if the Christine O’Donnell witchcraft statement is looked into, then the relationship between President Bush and Reverend Wright should be looked in to as well.

Hasselbeck said "Why then wasn't Billy Boy over here so interested in where President Obama was for 20 years in Rev. Wright's church?" she asked. "In fairness, if they're going to dig into this then they should open that up again too."

In 1999, O’Donnell said in an unaired segment of “Politically Incorrect” that she had “dabbled in witchcraft.” Since then, her appropriateness as a Senate candidate for Delaware has been questioned.

Before Maher released the clip, she trailed her democratic opponent by 11%. Now, she trails by 15%.

Bill Maher said that he’s releasing a clip a week until she agrees to come on to his show. If his first clip was this juicy, one can only imagine what other skeletons she has in her closet!

Christine O'Donnell's witchcraft admission during Bill Maher went viral, and there's one more Tea Party force that has had her own share of witchcraft controversy as well. While Christine O'Donnell admits to dabbling in witchcraft, Sarah Palin had someone pray over her, asking to "protect her from witchcraft."

Of course either account is silly. Christine O'Donnell nonetheless likely remembered that she said those things on Bill Maher's "Politically Incorrect" TV show back in 1999. Given that Maher is going to "release a clip a week" until O'Donnell agrees to do his show, there's no telling what other skeletons she has in her closet.

Having someone pray for "protection" from witchcraft is also equally nutty. However, this hasn't really impacted her political career.

Christine O'Donnell for Senate? Well, Christine O'Donnell's witchcraft revelations came out as Bill Maher has vowed to bring out all of the Tea Party candidate for senate in Delaware's skeletons one week at a time until she agrees to do his show, Real Time.

Bill was the long-time host of "Politically Incorrect" and in 1999 O'Donnell was a guest on the show, and said that she "Dabbled in Witchcraft."

This is not going to bode well with the right-wing conservatives that voted for her in favor of the state Republican party backed candidate that she beat during the primaries.

Her exact quote was "I dabbled into witchcraft -- I never joined a coven. But I did, I did. ... I dabbled into witchcraft. I hung around people who were doing these things. I'm not making this stuff up. I know what they told me they do. . . . "

"One of my first dates with a witch was on a Satanic altar, and I didn't know it. I mean, there's little blood there and stuff like that. ... We went to a movie and then had a midnight picnic on a Satanic altar."

This episode was not aired, but Bill Maher kept it in his archives.
