California Elections 2010

California elections 2010; there are many elections taking place in California tonight that are garnering a lot of attention. The California Elections 2010 include not only prop 19 but also prop 23, an expensive gubernatorial race, and a pivotal senate race.

The implications in California are arguably higher than any other state in the nation. For instance, if Prop 19 passes, then the road will be paved for widespread legalization of marijuana. If prop 23 passes, then a push against the state's version of the cap and trade bill will suggest that cap and trade is not good for the broad economy.

Barbara Boxer and Carly Fiorina are in a fierce Senate battle. If Fiorina wins, it will indicate a shift against incumbents.

Stay tuned later on, as we will let you know what's going on with the 2010 California elections as the results are revealed.

  8. California has repeatedly demonstrated how "progressive" they are at their own peril. They are now re-electing a tax and spend Democrat that brought the state to its knees the last time he was in office. What a shame. More and more of the jobs Californians want will go overseas, driving the CA economy deeper and deeper into the abyss.

  9. I can understand your concern. After all California tax revenue gets distributed to many of those "red" states that can't support themselves. They really need California in the black again or their own welfare states will be in jeopardy.

  10. Your kidding right. California sends tax revenue to Red States. California can't take care of its own and you think they give money away. Give me a break!

  11. Go look it up. I am completely serious. We give more in taxes to the feds than we get back. In fact for most of the blue states this is true. A disproportionate number of red states receive more in federal assistance than they pay out. Blue states literally prop up the red states.

  12. Yes I am a proud Tea Party member! No to socialism! Health care and social security should die! Listen, to make a GOOD economy, we have to invest in the PRIVATE sector! Look at social security. All of our taxes are being used to help those who are in need. That, my friend is socialism. Obama is a damn nigger that should die.

  13. With the tea baggers in power we will all earn minimum wage while the corporate executives make millions. Gee, that sounds fair.

  14. The left will always spend us into a gaping hole. The right will spend us into a gaping hole a little slower. Why can't we all just be Constitutionalists and Libertarians?

  15. The private sector, like large and small business whether it be large corporate banks or wal-mart or mom and pop stores, make the economy. We NEED to trust in them in order to make sure America is running great. All these government policies, they just get in the way! Too much government means LESS freedom! That is the Tea Party creedo.

  16. OK i can see that a lot of you are super biased idiots but i don't blame you. The American political system has just mutated into a "I have to have it my way or fuck you" kind of monster.

Democracy is founded on the principles where THE PEOPLE can get their say. And what happens when the people are split? you may ask.

    Well we reach a compromise.

Something totally foreign to todays politicians as they take their coke blowing noses out of the pile of cocaine and into a hookers ass.

If we meet halfway almost everyone will be satisfied. So no more dirty hippies asking for a big gov't and no more teabaggers curb stomping people and breaking their "don't tread on me" statement by miles

  17. You, tea baggers are crazy. If we let businesses take over, we are all going to be slaves while the CEO's become billionaires. Every one is against the government until we have a disaster. Who is going to cleanup after a major earthquake? Corporations? Yahh right, they'll take their billions and run.

  18. "A nigger that should die"? So are all tea partyers uneducated, unintelligent, racist, unreligious, moronic wanna-be felons who blame a person who's been in office for 2 years rather than W and the Republicans who brought this country to its knees with its own greed, hatred, fear and ignorance?

You, sir, do not deserve to live in this incredible country. You sir, are a pathetic excuse for a human being and hopefully you you have never bred.
